Like a vintner’s grapes, the flavor of each coffee reflects the type of bean it is, the soil it was grown in, the climate of that growing season and the farmer’s stewardship of the plant. Because we select our single-origin coffees for their complexity, we roast each batch to its own unique version of perfection. Most of our coffees are in the medium to medium-dark range, with a unique set of flavors and our signature smooth finish.
